Privacy Policy

AMMA ("we", "us") provides the AMMA app at ammamicrobots.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: first and last name, email, phone number, date of birth, display name and city name.
• Signup location: an approximate place name, only if you allow location access.
• Content you create: questions to AMMA, saved responses, goals, reminders, workflows, projects, contacts you add and BOTSTA posts.
• Usage information: sign-in times, pages visited and time spent, used to keep the service working and improve it.

2. How we use it

• To run your account, your bots, workflows, reminders and calls you ask for.
• To personalise AMMA's replies using your saved style preferences (these expire after 30 days unless renewed).
• To improve bots using anonymised feedback notes with personal details removed.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.

3. AI processing

Your requests are sent to secure AI model providers only to produce your answer. Providers may not use your data to advertise to you. Bots never run unless you ask or schedule them.

4. Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and secure your AMMA account. We do not share Google user data with third parties, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the service. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Children's privacy

• Users must be at least 6 years old. Users under 15 need a parent or guardian to link and approve their account.
• Child accounts start with the safest settings, and their bots can only call or message contacts the parent approves.
• Parents can view their child's activity summary and change controls.
• We do not show behavioural advertising to children or sell children's data.
• Parents can ask to review or delete their child's data at any time by emailing ammamicrobots@gmail.com.

6. Private messages

Chats and items shared between friends are private. AMMA, bots and background jobs never read them.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run AMMA (hosting, AI models, calls and messaging), under confidentiality, or when required by law.

8. Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access rules so each person sees only their own data. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when your account is deleted.

9. Your rights and account deletion

You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account and all associated data, open Family account (the people icon at the top) and tap "Delete my account", or email ammamicrobots@gmail.com.
